Injection temperature
The measurement and control of temperature are very important in injection molding. Although these measurements are relatively simple, most of the injection molding machines do not have enough temperature to collect points or lines.
On most injection molding machines, the temperature is induced by the thermal puppet. A heat puppet is basically composed of two different tails of the wires. If one end is hotter than the other, a small telecommunications will be generated; the more heated, the stronger the signal.
◆ Temperature control
Thermocouple is also widely used as sensors for temperature control systems. On the control instrument, set the required temperature, and the display of the sensor will be compared with the temperature generated on the set point. In this simplest system, when the temperature reaches the set point, it will be turned off. After the temperature drops, the power will be turned on again. This system is called opening and closing control because it is either open or closed.
◆ Melofing temperature
The molten glue temperature is very important, and the temperature of the shot cylinder used is only guiding. The melting glue temperature can measure at the mouth or use the air injection method to measure. The temperature setting of the shooting cylinder depends on the melting temperature, screw speed, back pressure, volume and injection cycle.
If you do not have the experience of processing a certain level of plastic, start with the lowest setting. In order to facilitate control, the shooting cylinder is divided into the area, but not all set the same temperature. If it operates for a long time or operates at high temperatures, set the temperature of the first zone to a lower value, which will prevent plastic from melting and diving prematurely. Before the injection molding starts, ensure that the hydraulic oil, the fighting device, the mold, and the ejection cylinder are at the correct temperature.
